3. Use the available submit, counter, accept, decline, or withdrawal action for your role.
4. Read the confirmation and check the updated status after completing the action.

An action is no longer available

The negotiation may have changed since you opened it. Reopen the offer and review the current terms before acting. An older offer may no longer be available to counter or withdraw.

Correct any dates or amounts identified by the form before submitting. If a submission appears interrupted, check the current offer before sending again.
