Signing in

Access your account using your email and password or the Google option.

1. Open “Sign in” in homely.
2. Enter your account email and password, or choose the Google sign-in option for the account you use with homely.
3. Complete any verification requested on the next screen.

Email or password not accepted

Check the spelling of your email address and whether your password was entered correctly. If you have forgotten it, select “Forgot password?” to request a reset.

Google sign-in did not complete

Check that you selected the intended Google account. If homely asks you to use email sign-in for that address, follow that instruction. If the error remains, contact support with the message displayed.
