Deleting your account

Request account deletion and get help if the app cannot complete it.

1. Open “Account settings” and select “Delete account”.
2. Read the information on the screen and complete the requested fields.
3. Confirm deletion only when you are ready to close the account.

“Account can’t be deleted yet”

Read the explanation shown in the app. If you need help resolving it, or cannot access the account to submit your request, contact the privacy team. Do not assume deletion has completed while an error is displayed.

After successful deletion, the app signs you out. Contact the privacy team for questions about information retained after account closure.
