Requesting your account data

Submit a request for a copy of your personal information.

1. Open “Account settings” and select the option to request your personal data.
2. Complete the request form, including a reason if you want to provide one.
3. Select “Submit request”.
4. Check for the “Request sent” confirmation.

The confirmation means your request has been submitted. It is not an immediate download of your data. If you do not receive confirmation or need to follow up, contact the privacy team.
