Updating personal details

Edit your profile information and complete verification for contact changes.

1. Open “Account settings”, then “Personal details”.
2. Select the detail you want to update and enter the correction.
3. Save the change and complete any verification requested.
4. Return to “Personal details” to confirm the saved value.

Email and phone changes

An email change sends a verification link to your new address. A phone change requires a verification code. Starting the change is not the same as completing verification; check the account screen afterwards.

If a field cannot be edited or a correction is not saved, note the message displayed and the field affected. Do not send verification codes or links with your enquiry.
