Listing details or address not saving

Check the property fields and selected address before saving a listing.

1. Open the property details step for your listing.
2. Complete the required fields and correct any validation messages.
3. Search for the address and select the correct suggestion from the list.
4. Save, then check that the listing shows the intended details.

The address cannot be saved

Typing an address without selecting a suggestion may leave the address incomplete. If the selected address cannot be retrieved, search again and select the correct result. Do not substitute a different property address to continue.

Editing a live listing

Read the confirmation before saving an edit that makes the listing incomplete. Saving it as a draft can cancel pending and upcoming viewings.
