Photo upload problems

Add listing photos and check an upload that does not complete.

1. Open the photos step of your listing.
2. Choose image files that open correctly on your device and use a format accepted by the picker.
3. Wait for the upload to complete, then check which photos appear in the listing.
4. Arrange the photos in the order you want buyers to see them.

An upload failed

Check your connection and whether the file opens normally. Review the photos already saved before trying the upload again, so you do not add duplicates. If the app reports that the photo limit has been reached, remove unwanted photos before adding more.
