Reporting suspicious activity

Raise a concern about another user or activity involving your account.

If another user’s activity concerns you, use the report option available on their profile and choose the appropriate reason. If you choose “Something else”, describe what happened, then submit the report.

If you cannot reach the report option, contact support with the property or conversation involved and approximately when the activity occurred. Redact other people’s personal information from screenshots.

Protect your account

Do not share passwords, verification codes, or sign-in links. If you suspect someone has accessed your account, review your sessions under “Sign in & security” and end sessions you do not recognise.
