Requesting a viewing

Choose an available time and check whether the seller has confirmed it.

1. Open the property listing and its viewing options.
2. Complete any sign-in or verification prompt shown.
3. Choose an available time and submit your request.
4. Check the viewing status and the property conversation for the seller’s response.

The selected time is unavailable

If the time has passed or is no longer available, reopen the viewing options and choose another offered time. If you already have a request for that property, review that request before attempting to make another.
