Managing seller availability

Set viewing times and review existing bookings before changing availability.

1. Open the viewing availability controls for your listing.
2. Add the dates and time windows when you can host viewings.
3. Review the duration and other options shown, then save.
4. Check your viewings to review requests and confirmed appointments.

Changing availability with existing bookings

Review affected bookings and any warning shown before applying a change. Do not assume changing your availability has agreed a new appointment with a buyer; check each viewing’s status and conversation.

If buyers cannot select a time, check that the listing is available and the time is still in the future. Review the saved availability to confirm your change was applied.
